Completed this summer, our condo in Saulgrub with a view of the Hoernle Mountain will be ready for the first residents as early as November 2021. We are looking for short-term tenants who want a comfortable home in a special location in the Ammergau Alps, a region of Garmisch southwest of Munich, for a minimum of 6 months or for a long term rental.
So that you are worry-free and feel at home immediately, we equipped the newly renovated former farmhouse with high quality furniture, appliances and modern conveniences. We are pleased to offer you an all-inclusive experience.

House with own yard
The south-facing house provides moments to enjoy the sun from the balcony as well as on the terrace on the west side of the building. The condo is on two levels in a 4-storey farming house that was first built in the 1930's, with two additions over the decades to follow. All together there are seven parties as part of the newly rebuilt house complex that share a fire-pit above the yard, storage area and utilities. There are two parking places and a carport included.

The spacious entry opens up to the kitchen, bathrooms, main bedroom and living room, with access to the balcony to the south and the terrace to the west.

The lower floor opens out to the front yard and includes a second bedroom and an activity room with a professional excercise bike, a pull-out couch and a smart TV.
Ammergau Alps, Garmisch Region
Located in the foothills of the Alps the Ammergau Alps Nature Park is just out the door and the vast outdoor options of the Garmisch-Patenkirchen Region are just a short drive away. Swimming in nearby lakes in the summer, hiking and cycling year round or skiing and snowshoeing, the location is ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts.

Whether an evening stroll, a jog through the countryside or a hike through the woods, there are tons of paths to explore just out the front door.
