The lower level reached by the stairs from the central foyer has two additional sleeping options for kids or guests, both rooms are private and have access to the front yard.

The first room downstairs can be used as a TV or games room, a fitness area or an additional guest space. The couch pulls out into a 140 cm bed. The smart TV is a Sony OLED Bravia 48 " with an enhanced audio system is connected to the WiFi. The 250 MB highspeed internet connection is available upstairs and downstairs.

Comfortable guest room

The downstairs bedroom with end tables opens to the front yard. All sleeping areas have electric blinds. Artwork and lamps are included for all rooms. Bedding and towels are also provided.
