Former Farmhouse

On a little street amongst the farming land with sheep as neighbours this condo is on two levels of a 4-storey traditional bavarian house that has been rebuilt in 2021.

The front yard and west terrace belong to the condo and additionally there is a communal area for the whole house.

Relax outside

The west terrace of the house has sun already late morning until early evening. There are two loungers for relaxing.

Entertain outside

There is a large table and four chairs on the terrace, plus chairs from the balcony can be used when entertaining guests.

Southern balcony

The balcony off of the living room and main bedroom is sunny for breakfast. And because it is covered, it provides shade and protection from rain, meaning it's possible to BBQ year round.

View of Hörnle

The view from the house is a pleasure to wake up to or to enjoy during meals or relaxing outside.
