That's why we have come up with an all-inclusive offer to rent our house on a short-term basis, from 6 months to 3 years, or as a long-term rental.  Our all-inclusive rate includes all monthly fees, i.e. heating, water, electricity, internet and other utilities. This rate also includes furnishings and equipment in all rooms. In this way, you save the hassle of getting everything set-up and can just enjoy your free-time.
