On a quiet, private street yet not far from center the town, with seven other  family-friendly semi-detached houses lies this modern residential complex.

The double garage directly beside the entrance is below the backyard.

The east terrace of the house is perfect for morning coffee, while the larger north terrace is ideal for family barbecues and watching the sunset in the west.

The patio in front of the house catches the southern afternoon sun and is warm and sheltered even in the middle of winter.
